I have bought dozens of new cars & this was one of my 3 worst experiences. To be fair to the dealership, once they realised the problems, they have gone out of their way to resolve them, but the quality of work in the prep & bodyshop is unacceptable

Offered tea and coffee, everyone in a good mood. Cameron explained every step, we didn't feel rushed, or on the other side.. like we had to be too slow. Even the branch manager came to say hiya.

Very helpful and cheerful Reception staff, excellent telephone manner and face to face service. Service to my car took less than 2 hours. Really appreciated the lift from and back to Mini York, what a fantastic service that is.
